[Ingredients]
- Pork: 500gr
- Shallot: 3 pieces
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Red pepper: 1 piece
- Spring onion's base ( the white part with little bit green of spring onion): 4 pieces
[Seasoning]
- Fish sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Salt: 1/2 tablespoon
- Seasoning powder: 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
- Five-spice powder: 1/3 teaspoon
- Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
- Oyster sauce: 1/2 tablespoon

[Cooking Steps]
- Crush the shallots, garlic, red pepper, and white part of the spring onion.
- Mix the minced mixture from earlier with the seasoning (fish sauce, sugar, salt, seasoning powder, soy sauce, five-spice powder, sesame oil, oyster sauce) and add it to the meat. Marinate for about 30 minutes. The longer it marinates, the better the flavor.
- Add oil to the pan and lightly fry the meat.
- Add the marinade sauce to the pan.
- Add to a bowl of water and a little caramel.
- Simmer until the liquid evaporates and the meat has a nice color.
- Serve hot with rice.
